The Career Success Team at Fullstack Academy provides a full-service career development experience for students and job-seeking alums. Our coaching philosophy is focused on three pillars: Job Search, Mindset, and Tech-Industry Problem Solving. Each aspect of our career success programming from resume reviews to networking best practices to mock behavioral and technical interviews is designed to highlight the transferable skills that our students come in with and the software engineering skills they develop in the program. We are also focused on cultivating strong relationships with hiring partners—our team works closely with recruiters and engineering managers to share the value of a bootcamp education and promote our talented students. Our goal is to make sure that job-seeking alums feel confident and capable in the job search with the necessary skills to be successful.
