Design is a field perfect for the creative, visual mind. It gives professionals the opportunity to create visual content that communicates messages for an organization. Designers use typography, pictures, visual hierarchy, and page layout techniques to showcase a specific message. They put logic, display elements, and interactive design together to optimize user experience.
Design may involve anything from logo creation to visual marketing materials, websites, and more. Designers may work in user experience (UX) design or user interface (UI) design. While closely related and considered by many to be essentially the same role, you can differentiate them by thinking of UX design as making designs with your specific audience in mind. The UI designer adds visual finishes to the wireframes that the UX designer has put together.
However, it is often the same designer who handles both the UX and UI design for a given project or company.
